• Is it a complicated process to purchase products from Poland?

Absolutely not. All you need to do is send us list of products that you wish to order ? we will calculate the price of the order and send it to you for your acceptance. If you wish to place an order simply make a payment via bank transfer. You will receive your shipment 2-4 days after we receive your payment. (It normally takes about 2days for bank transfers to come through)

• The shipping fee must be enormous!

Not at all. The standard shipping fee is from 13euro-25euro depending on country of destination and package weight

• Have you done it before?

Yes, we have many satisfied customers in Italy, France, Germany, UK, Czech Republic etc. We have exported goods outside EU.

• What brands do you offer

We carry the best manufacturers: 3M ESPE, Dentsply, Kerr, SDI, GC, Ivoclar Vivadent and many others. All products are original, certified and the same as in your country but? 30-60% cheaper!

Most products available in the UK are also available in Poland, with few exceptions ? like Filtek Supreme which was replaced in Poland by an enhanced version - Filtek Ultimate.

• Can you sell me all the dental product I need?

We don't sell medicine and anesthetics due to legal restrictions. We also don?t recommend buying disinfectants as there is a risk of the product spilling during shipment. Your desired products may also not have a distributor in Poland. But in these cases we suggest equivalents.

• How can we know we can trust you?

To be absolutely sure that we are legal company - you can verify our tax number on http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/lang.do - just type PL 6572739531, check out website (www.arenadent.pl) or request any other document you need to make sure there is no risk involved. You can pay for products upon delivery - Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.)

• Is there anything else I need to know?

Only thing left is that we need to know whether you are an EU Vat registered company. If you are ? you will receive an invoice with 0% VAT (the products will then be even cheaper as the prices will not include VAT). If you are not ? then you will receive a standard invoice or receipt with gross prices.

Just write us a list of the products you wish to order via e-mail to: biuro@arenadent.pl, we will send you a price list promptly. You can also make an order via our page. After you make an order please wait until we calculate the shipment cost of your package and send you total pro-forma to pay.
